To be considered for reimbursement, you may return any item purchased from AquaAid for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement. The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services.
